About this program
The Seoul Global Student Support Center (서울글로벌유학생지원센터) is holding a workshop on how to find a home in Seoul. It is for foreign residents and international students who find renting in Korea hard.
Topics include how to look for a home in Seoul, how to choose a place, how to write a lease contract, and how to extend or end a rental contract (주택 임대차 계약). The trainers will also explain what to be careful about when you sign.
Everyone who joins gets a free multilingual copy of the 'Housing Guidebook for Migrant Tenants' (이주민 세입자를 위한 집구하기 가이드북). The workshop is run together with Mindalpaengi Union (민달팽이유니온) and another partner group.
The workshop is in Korean, with English AI interpretation. There are 15 seats.
