About this competition
This is the 2026 Seoul Video Contest, called 'Seoul Night Log' (서울 밤로그), run by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
Make a vertical short-form video (YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels) that shows different night routines for enjoying an attractive 'Seoul at night'.
Your video must include at least two projects linked to Seoul's '24-hour Vibrant Economy City' (24시간 활력경제도시 서울) policy. The list of these projects is attached to the official notice.
Anyone living in Korea can join, Korean or foreign, alone or in a team of up to 3.
